Jongwe The Rooster: I Crave A Sausage

Two friends, Jongwe the Rooster and Humba the Pig, make promises to each other in a lighthearted and humorous manner. Due to unexpected events, neither is able to keep the promise. This leads to arguments that strain the friendship to the brink of collapse. At the end the strong bond of their friendship helped them to reconcile.
The story teaches children to make promises they are capable of keeping. More importantly it teaches children that in life even best of friends may argue and disagree but they find a way to sustain their friendship, because they value one another.
